Swimming should be fun and progressive without continuous restraint from armbands and with you at their side supporting them throughout their lesson, until they are ready and can swim happily unaided, their swimming experience will be just that. Your child develops at their own pace, we use structured flexible lessons with games and songs to introduce them to the water and develop their swimming skills.

We aim to get them swimming happily as soon as possible and when they can swim they will be moved to a beginner plus swimming class.
We use the STA Stanley scheme Progress is monitored every lesson and they can add stars on their ticked star chart that they can stamp every other week showing you both their progress. A leaflet in their file has more detail on the levels they are working towards and Octonaut sticker book for good listening, trying hard and being safe around the pool.
